No, stalls need to be cleared after Sunday trading ceases. 

Your details are on file. If you had a reservation last year, you are guaranteed the same sites where this is possible. One of our team will contact you to confirm your booking. 

Yes, You can book a stall for one day, one weekend or on a month to month basis. We are flexible. 

This depends on other bookings, we will have you as close to your preferred location as possible. 

Stall allocation time is from 6am each market day, and pack up is after 4pm. You will be able to drive in with your vehicle to unload then drive out to the dedicated stallholder carpark. During Market hours, vehicles will not be allowed to enter the market. 

We are allowing items to be left overnight from Saturday to Sunday. There will be security on site.

Friday set up is possible by prior arrangement, any stock or fittings left are at stallholders’ own risk. 

Promotional material will be available from the market office.

Yes, provided you sign up to a monthly licence. 

There is a dedicated stallholder car park available. 

They are available for hire on a daily basis, $2 per table per day. Tables are 180cm by 74cm. 

Yes, Pipeworks has an extensive marketing program. 

Please carry your invoice/ receipt to show staff on arrival.

If you book for a month, your stall location is reserved for you.

Yes you will need to contact the City of Whittlesea health department to arrange a permit, and then provide a copy to the market office.

You may set up a structure on your stall provided (a) it fits within the stall boundary (b)
