Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Staff to join our team in Pipeworks Market. As an Administrative Staff you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This will include weekend work.

· Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
· Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
· Perform data entry and update databases accurately.
· Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any administrative issues.
· Support the HR department with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing payroll as needed.
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
· Provide excellent customer service to stall holders and address their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Assist stall holders with the setup and maintenance of their stalls, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
· Receive and process payments from customers and stall holders using cash registers or other payment systems.
· Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.
· Handle customer complaints or issues, and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary.
· Assist with marketing and promotion efforts, including distributing promotional materials and engaging with customers.
